There are many valid reasons as to why you might be hesitant to try therapy sessions online, especially if you haven’t experienced it before. But there are also a lot of great things that come out of getting the help you need right now, as you need it. 

I use a HIPAA compliant platform that protects your personal information. You won't need to download anything, but it does help to be in a private location with limited noise and a stable internet connection. 

The rate for teletherapy sessions is the same as for in-person sessions.
